-intel core i5 2450 processor
-intel HD graphics 3000 graphics card
-6GB RAM
-340GB HDD
-15.6" display, HD LED backlit
-1366x768 res
-Windows 7 home premium

If he was selling a gaming laptop he would've said it.  This is just a standard laptop that can still handle basic GPU operations for things like school or work.  Good job instantly stuffting on a good laptop on the basis that "it has an Intel GPU", because it's not like every laptop actually needs a dedicated GPU.

I don't think so, at least not for 64-bit.  My Lenovo has 8GB of RAM and runs fine on Windows 7 Home Premium x64.
