Here's a bit of advice, Half Life 2 lore would mean that Vortigaunts would be cleaning the streets constantly in a occupied city, so I'd advise you to get rid of the garbage that isn't in the slums, from what I'm seeing in the newly posted pics that appears to be in a Combine Civil Authority active area due to lights and such.
