I'd say a PM but he's a guest so maybe he's looking at a "This board is off-limits to you" thing, like when you try to access the fail-bin or click an old "swf.blockland.us"(?) link.

It might be a board that you are unable to see because of your usergroup. There are a few admin and moderator only boards that only users with special rights can see. Wedge has made a topic about it before, it's actually kind of cool.
