I had an idea:

These four teens are out in the woods, they know they are being stalked, but they don't know why. Their camping, then suddely one of the teens go missing, they search for him until they find him hanging in a tree- skinned.

After a few encounters with some kind of dog creatures trying to kill them, killing another compainion,  they come to the conclusion they are being hunted.

Predator anyone? :D

pretty much woman comes back from space all sick, starts rotting, goes crazy, barf up blood and EXPLODES and this alien bee flies out of her and starts killing a bunch of people in a quarantined hospital and it's scary as forget

Make them being hunted by an enderman after looking in a run-down lab. Retexture the enderman and add human looking parts to it. Nothing is more terrifying than the fact that you could be that monster.
