Because you're too ignorant to know how fast 195+ MPH
really is.
Plus I doubt you know anything about how cars work. Half the fun of it is knowing how an engine, transmission, differential, suspension, and all that stuff works. To have it all work together and go 195+ MPH is an amazement in itself.
If NASCAR didn't take place in an oval of some sort, they would never be able to reach the speeds that they do, making it less fun to watch.
I hate it when people say handicapped stuff like that, it's like saying "all basketball is is throwing a ball into a net, so hard" or "all baseball is is hitting a ball with a stick, sounds real challenging" when it actually is. There's more to the game than just that.
