To be more specific, I'm looking for a graphics card that runs Blockland on a FPS greater than 50 with High/Medium Shaders while recording at the same time. Could any of you give me some pointers? :>

Depends on the resolution you want to run it in

Ati mobility 5650 runs shaders on high at about 70 FPS for me. Get something really good that can max it out.

We need to know more about your computer first. If your computer is a laptop or more than 4 years old, then you may find it more reasonable to just buy/build a new computer.

Sapphire Radeon HD 6870

The 6870 will allow you to play things like BF3, CoD, most things on Max. So yea, Pretty good card, I run a 7850, but I have a friend that has the 6870, I have used it, Game play is very smooth.
