Find the exact model of your belkin router (Ctrl + F, "belkin") and then select Blockland from the program list, then follow the directions.

After that, go to blockland.us/portforward and follow Step 3. Change Windows TCP/IP Properties.

Slightly off topic: My old Belkin router, when made to work with servers, always showed my own as dead even though others could join. My new Netgear actually says whether my server is dead or not, which is helpful.
