I look on the player list and there is only about 170 players on. Usually its around 200-250.

Maybe because of school?

3:52 PM around 4:30 PM is when the floods come in, and really? 250 players, usually I see around 400.

Yeah, I noticed most players get on at 3:00 eastern/central.
I like to play in the evening/sometimes afternoon (in america) most times.

Also the servers at night are most likely dedicated staying up all the time.
