Message Clearing Events
Adds Client -> clearCenterPrint and Client -> clearBottomPrint to remove those message types, respectively.

Those events still cause an actually visible control on the screen. Also, the bottomprint event does not accept the "line count" parameter, thus you'd still have the background. Also, you can't set the time to zero.

Centerprint has no background control and the checkbox for bottomprint is actually the clear bottomprint function.

A centerprint would still be visible, even if you didn't use any text. And since when does the bottomprint event have a checkbox? Huh. In any case, what are you getting at?

I'm saying that both these capabilities already exist in the default game. One may not work properly according to client/server code but does your average moron non-scripter really give a stuff about that?
