Is there any way to have more then 20 cars planes or anything on a server?

Type in your console :

$Pref::Server::MaxPhysVehicles_Total = "900";

When starting a server, select the Custom gamemode, go to the Advanced tab and scroll to the far bottom. Change the amount of Physics Vehicle to suit your needs.

If you are hosting a dedicated server, you may just as well do what I said above, close Blockland and run the server. It will apply to the dedicated server.

I have done some more research and it seems that it's not possible to increase the limit.
