Upgrading my Dinsoaur computer

So for christmas im thinking of getting some new parts for my grandmother's Dinosaur pc, and im a huge ass "noob" at picking the right parts.

I just want the right parts to atleast play Saints Row the Third right, since i just bought it for 20$.

my specs:

Processor: AMD Sempron(tm) Processor LE-1200 2.10 GHz
System type: 64 Bit operating System
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
DirectX: 11

MSI is not a CPU manufacturer

but yeah. buy a new computer. the parts you have are extremely dated and I doubt the motherboard/power supply could support today's decent parts.
