They are crap-on'd. Meaning, Badspot made it so that any files specifically named what that file is named won't enable when you start a game. You can rename it, but those events are horribly buggy and I wouldn't suggest it unless it's terribly needed.
Also, next time, make your title more specific, instead of "Help me plz:(".
