Author Topic: Phishers disguised as Diablo employees, emailing people to verify their accounts  (Read 1650 times)

This is old news.
Ever since I started playing WoW for 2 years, I quit, and now every week or so I get at least one of these messages saying to verify my account.

Think up possible real information, feed it to them, and help them forget themselves over with IP bans for too many false attempts. Of course it wouldn't be that effective, but it's more than ignoring it. As long as you don't get a virus from it.

hopefully they won't re-direct you to a trap link if you do this.

Wow, looks like every email I have got that email. Bet you $50 90% of people who got these emails were little old ladies.

reading cybertails russian email makes me want to continue learning russian ;-;

Why can't Phishers use proper spelling and grammar? It's a stupid mistake..
