i haven't actually tried medication but going outside doesn't seem to help any because even if i go to a park or something i end up sitting in the corner watching everyone else because i really really really hate just going up to someone and starting a conversation, especially when i don't know what i'm talking about
girlfriend iwould totes go to like your mom or dad or gaurdian or whatever, ask if you can just like go to a doctor or something (or if THEY can go) and get you some like anxiety medicine. then just have your mom or dad or whatever take you out to like t he park or the mall and just walk through there and then keep doing that, maybe like talk to someone you don't know or something. then like after a while you will get more and more comfortable with people, and im not saying you'll like go out and just be ms. social or anything, but you will improve socially.
i mean the site says its not hard to cure, i think if you put your mind to it you defs could girl. i mean i used to be like the total opposite of you when i was like 10, i would ALWAYS have to be hanging out with friends or talking with my brothers or something. i hated being alone but you know i got used to it and stuff. and it might also be a better idea to do it now while you're still young, because thats easier then when you're like, 19 and about to hit college you know? and you g ot your family to support you and stuff.
i mean js, its your life but i def think you should try for it. i would totally be cool to talk with at anytime just like on skype voice/text chat or steam or whatevs.
