Maybe it's because the money presses keep printing so much off...

a 5$ car wash here would be essentially 1.75 dinar there.
yeah and they wouldn't pay you 7.25 dinars for a minimum wage job like they do here.

Prices of things don't really make a difference ever. What you get on the dollar menu at mcdonalds here isn't worth 1 dinar there.

the only time people go to other countries to work is if there is no work in there country, like mexicans.

Tried it once. Fun stuff to richard around with, except for the fact that real money is at stake.
Made a neat profit though.

Or fly in fly out work.
Thousands of people here do it, they work for a couple weeks in the mines and make a lump of money, then fly out and live in Bali where everything is cheaper.
Though that kind of life only really works for loners/people without many family members or friends.
