Is anyone an engineer or does anyone know one?

I need help with building a thing.
I need to spray liquid CO2 (or saturated vapor when it leaves pressure) against another liquid to mix them. How would I do this? I was considering using a Venturi chamber to distribute them but have no idea how to operate them.
If anyone knows about engineering or knows an engineer they could ask, I need help with the above.
It's not homework (inb4wewon'thelpyouwithyourhomework), it's a personal project.
