I can't lucid dream. Even if I'm aware that I am in a dream my brain is like "forget you I'm in control bitch"

I always see dreams where i wander in some sort of a dark, foggy city. I open a door and suddenly im in a large, lit room full of beautiful women...

Just...What
I was fighting in Mortal Kombat.

I accidentally killed myself and everyone at my school via telekenetic powers.

Cars.

Recurring nightmares hm?
For some reason i already beated most of mine years ago. :)

After some times i got control over it and actually learned to either break out of the dream or prevent bad things from happening.
I eventually ended up sort of knowing when i got a nightmare and learned how to prevent from even entering the nightmare.
It was really weird.

Everytime i knew i got a nightmare was when i was laying on bed, i couldn't control my body, but it would look like my whole room was lit up.
I could see my room like it was fully lit by a very bright lamp.
I would slowly fade out into a nightmare by having this feeling as if i fell into a pit, slowly i couldn't even 'hear' myself think.
But if i thought enough of fun/nice things, i would break out and wake myself, returning my normal vision (my room is pitch black at night).

And then the most interesting one of the recurring dreams was when i was walking down a beach with waves going paralleled with the beach instead of onto the beach.
And when passing some kind of child playground thing, a throwing knife would hit me.
And that is when i would wake up very scared mostly.

I had a dream where a VHS tape abducted me and then I turned into a fruit salad. It was interesting.

I had a dream were i was a ninja and i assasinated some guy, it was cool and scary at the same time

Once me and my siblings were all in the same dream.

I had a dream where I was dreaming, where I was also dreaming.

I had a dream where I was in some sorta military with some sorta scary training, Was pretty scary.

I had a recurring dream for a while that I was in an empty white void and there was a massive pile of sand where I stood. I had to carry the sand somewhere else very very far away and I could only take one grain at a time... I would make about two or three trips per night and each of them took hours upon hours to make.

I woke up with cold sweat each night.
