There are some really good cops out there, but putting on those suits makes them feel authoritative. Sometimes it's not their fault. But the problem is that people let them to those things and don't punish them for putting other people at risk. It's not the cop's fault even, it's corruption at a higher level.
You guys don't see the big picture; I'm not saying that cops suddenly all turned into greedy starfishs suddenly, there's alot more to it than I made it seem.
