Recording both voice, and game sounds?

Would there be a way that I could record both my voice, and the game's sounds at the same time?  I have a full version of fraps and a mic.  How would I do this?

Check both the "record win7 output" and "record external output" boxes.

Go to movies and under Sound Capture settings hit Record Win7 sound (unless you have another operating system, not sure what you would have then) and mark Stereo, then underneath that check the box that says Record external input, and make sure your mich is set to be your default recording device. Then the mich will show up as an external input automatically

you can have two seperate recordings and combine them in post production.
