Author Topic: Blockland Bioshock 2012 (Restored 2008 Build)  (Read 1659 times)

In 2008 I produced a topic on the forums called Bioshock: Welcome to Rapture. It was a recreation of the first game level from Bioshock, and came with several add-ons including telekinesis and a monkey wrench. I have recently dug up the lost files and taken a video of the last build I had worked on years ago, showing how the progress was coming before the topic was shut down, and my project halted. I would very much like new feedback, and possibly some input as to whether i should recreate (or further develop and polish) the build, making it larger, better, and more functional for the new version. I haven't played Blockland in a long time, my last update being v14... so v22 is going to take a bit of re-learning... but hey, its like riding a bike, right?

So take a peek at this video and give me your opinions, concerns, and (hopefully) positive feedback. Thanks!

P.S. I intend to go back and lessen the number of bricks.
Edit: Here are some Pictures of the build currently (without optimized bricks and modificaitons- as it was in 2008).

Enjoy!

Don't sign your posts dammit. overall pretty good so far, but you might wanna use bigger sized bricks for somethings like walls or whatever

Looks nice. Someone could make a blockland bioshock movie out of this :3

I remember this; you must keep working on it.
