Author Topic: Getting a foster brother!  (Read 1326 times)

16? Christ.
If I was fostering someone I'd make sure they where 10 or younger, he's probably going to be a real richard after all this time in a foster home.

I can't understand why anyone would be in foster care at 16. I would be legally emancipated ASAP. If my parents die I have legal emancipation permission from them and my inheritance would financially justify it.

Now now, why don't we all stop thinking we know everything there is to know about this guy based off the fact that he is 16 and a foster child.
It's not like any of us know him, he could be the exact opposite of everything that has been said, hell I'm friends with a 16 year old that has been in foster care (I'm pretty sure) his whole life and he is nothing like what has been posted here.

Most people who go into foster care have completely screwed up families, most have experienced some type of abuse/violence so they're generally suspicious, violent, self-centered people, all the ones i know are anyway, and i know three! This guy could be okay though, not all of them are crazy

Yeah, and to top that off, the guy is 16-- he is already his own person. He could work and live independently if he wanted to, trying to incorporate him into a family will never work.

op is probably getting molested right now X|
