I actually found this while using speed-carts. If you tab in and take out an item then move the mouse, the item your holding moves as if your looking around while your camera stays in one spot.
I had the paint can out and was fooling around with this bug when I noticed this random pixel flying about. Took me a good three minuets to find it and zoom into it. I found the cap.
