Events and Locations Coorelating to the VXXI-014 Event Awaiting Declassification
- This is an addressed letter to the Chancellor of the Principality, Randy Adrian, in the hopes of soon declassifying one of the most relevant events in recent Blocklandian History which has destroyed most of their world. The Peconians, as well as many others subject to their information, formally believe the Lord of Shadows is indeed responsible behind the events listed. This is not the full story. The Blocklanders surviving today have a right to know about the conspiracy I am about to unfold.
- In short, the Blocklandian Cold War, an indirect series of struggles between the Blockalism aligned countries and the Robloxism ones occured in the recent decades. Secretly, a superweapon was constructed to destroy Robloxia in one strike in the event of a war. It was never used and was locked away. This weapon was the RN-39.. nicknamed by the government officials aware of it as the "Doommissile." It was a much more powerful version of a standard nuclear weapon, capable of flattening an entire continent. Its contents and everything related to the project was above top secret, for obvious reasons. Subsequently, the weapon was locked away in a vault 20 miles below the surface when the war died down and became less of a concern.
- In recent years, our agents became aware of a conspiracy group known as the Shadow's Hand. As far as we knew, the only known confirmed member of the organization was Kompressor. There may have been more just as powerful as him, maybe even more powerful. We were cautious. We were not cautious enough. There were officials in our government that had sworn loyalty to the hand and we were unaware.
- We were not the only ones affected: High Officials from the Marchean Empire were in allegiance with us at the time as part of the Expansion Plan. At least half the government was participating in this insidious plan. The Marcheans (possibly manipulated by Shadow's Hand, its very unclear at this moment considering their imperialism) funded the restoration of the missile, transferred it to its old firing station, and on August 8th, 2012, the missile fired, two hours before I learned of the full details of the plan. By the time I made my way to the firing station, the missile already crash landed into Blocklandia's capital and they cut off communications with the Marcheans and us believing we went rogue and conspired against them... which they had every right to do considering the nature of this conspiracy. I tried to contact them to tell them how to disarm the Doommissile but it was too late since they cut off communications with us. Two days later... Kompressor triggered the explosion and wiped out all land in Blocklandia. The Peconian Government was already aware of the plot and left in a spaceship. Only our high officials also escaped on similar spaceships.

In a nutshell, this missile is the direct cause of V21.
Our government participated in a terrible conspiracy. I am declassifying this in hopes
to enlighten the survivors so we do not make this mistake again.
