Use this PC builder instead:

http://pcpartpicker.com

It will tell you the best place to buy all the parts, and if there are combo deals that will save you money. Try recreating the build in the OP and submit it to reddit.om/r/buildapc. They'll tell you what you can replace to optimize cost:perfomance. They'll even help you build it yourself, should you build it yourself. I suspect it will save you a good deal of money.
So this site does not ship the parts to me?
You could run all the current games but your power supply is going to limit how much you can overclock in the future
I could simply upgrade the PSU when the time comes, right?

No, but it will link you to the best place to buy it.

A sub par PSU can actually damage hardware.

Really the best resource you will find for buying a good gaming pc is www.reddit.com/r/buildapc. It's loaded with guides and information, and everyone there will be more than happy to help you get the best deal for your money.
