Ghosting issues.

I go on a game that has 12300 bricks on it or so. It takes about an hour to finish ghosting and the others tell me it only takes like 30 seconds for them. My internet connection is 4 bars so I don't think its my router. could anyone help?

I think it all has to do with how far away your client is from the host, or something like that. Also, your internet could have 4 bars or whatever, but what if your internet itself is slow?
