I can take criticism but it ticks me off. CONSTRUCTIVE criticism does not.
On the blockland forums both annoying and constructive criticism go together; filter out the pissed-off attitude in the post to get what they're going at.
For starters this really isn't much. Building a large baseplate and putting a few cubes and spawns doesn't really justify a gallery topic. Most people don't have a use or a need for this kind of build; good TDM's or such start not from building around spawn placement but careful planning of the environment which will support spawn locations. Rarely do good TDM's spout from spawns on baseplates + etc.
And, if unsure if it's post worthy, take these considerations:
1) Is it something you tried hard on, or want criticism on?
2) Are you interested in advertising the build or your server? This build could fall in this category but the lack of material makes it unable to.
3) Are you looking to show off your skills?
You need not compare it to other builds in the gallery before posting; just have a goal in mind and think about how we will respond to it. The forums is more predictable than you imagine.
