Well, it doesn't quite explain the need for him appearing in the videos. Especially when he's the only adult who seemingly randomly appears at a thanksgiving party for young teenagers.

And he has also visited every one of their teens-only holiday parties throughout the year... Hmm....

I'm pretty sure most other creators of record labels/companies don't appear in every music video they make.
