It's hard to say because I can't think of my most hated special interest right off the bat. The worst I think of is stabbing someone to forget the wound but I know there's something worse I'm not remembering.

No. I'd probably feel nauseous while drawing it. You could say that for almost any research.

Depends on the special interest and other such details, to be honest.

The worse it is for me to draw (as in, I dislike it) and the longer it takes for me to draw, then the more I'd probably have to charge for the commission.


But I suppose, so long as it's not asking me to draw things that go completely off my level of comfort (which is kind of undefined) then I probably could do so for money.

$40 isn't worth the effort of what might potentially make me gag on the job
get me something in or near the triple digits and you've got a commission, pending the details and content

on the subject of general special interest commissions, there is very little i wouldn't do for a decent payment.
