No you can buy 2 copies for a deal to give one to a friend.

Also, if you buy portal 2 on PS3 it gives you a free key for steam access.

I know some games give you free guest passes for buying them, including bundles.
I bought a bundle recentlylike a month ago and got 2 guest passes each for 2 of the games and then 3 for another game in the bundle

i bought the cs:complete pack and i didnt get any guest passes at all, does it have to be the single game only or did that promotion expire?
