Ok, so if I were to sync my friends iPhone with my computer to let him have my music, I ejected it and gave it back to him, and later he bought a song directly from the iTunes store to his iphone, would the bill go to my Apple Account or his?

So simply syncing his phone to my computer will not allow him to purchase things using my account? And he'll remain logged in his account unless I give him the password right?
