Could I make 3D games like Wolfenstein 3D on an
Arduino Due
with upgraded
ram
(now with
608kb
96kb in total), and
this
lcd?

Sure, Wolf3D ran on a 286, so an 84MHz ARM CPU should handle it without issues.

What about the ram though? Its spi ram so will it still work fine?
