ESRB doesn't rate multilayer for almost ANY game, they rate for singeplayer which is just what the default game includes, a rocket and a pistol is fine for 10+ (as long as they dont notice what the paint can says...although it is censored).

I've seen E10+ games that cuss with no censor so this shouldn't be a problem.

If Badspot doesn't show the ESRB that spray can label, he will get in big trouble, and Free Realms which is restricted to multiplayer got rated. Maybe they showed an exclusive singleplayer version for the ESRB.
