It means one of the images in the thread is was hosted on that fineartamerica domain, which was flagged for malicious activity. All pages with content from that domain will say the same thing.

its actually been proven that the only reason macs get less viruses is because less people use macs thus less virus creators make viruses for macs because there are less people to infect
