You don't need a card of that level for Max on Blockland, maybe for other games but I'm running a:
Radeon HD 6670 1GB GDR5

I can go up to High with no lag and maybe with some over clocking I can reach Very High or Max.

All I spent was a total of $100 and its that good.
I can run other games very good too.
