I did the same for my birthday, there was nowhere to put stuff and it was something I actually needed

We don't actually celebrate so there isn't much gift giving.
Though despite that I was given a pretty neato sake set and a bottle of tequila for christmas day.
Prolly also get some sake to actually drink with it tomorrow, I hear it gets you quite done over.
