Macbook Pro - Blockland has quit unexpectedly (on launch)

Quite recently I got a Macbook pro, an early Christmas gift. So I download blockland (in .zip format not .dmg) it installs I click on the launcher.
The launcher loads and brings up the screen. The screen is white and is black where the launcher used to be. It closes after 1 or 2 seconds and an error pops up saying "Blockland has quit unexpectedly"
If I click it again, either the game will load and show up the title screen or just repeat the error again.

I had this problem too, I removed RTB and it seems to have stopped. RTB had issues with macs and BL when snow leopard came out, would surprise me if this were those same issues showing up again.

I have a Mac and it does this to mean. just keep launching it until the title screen comes on

Yeah I have to open the launcher about 3 times before I get the title screen.

Wow that needs to be fixed, did all of you download it in .zip instead of .dmg? Isn't .dmg better or is it the same?

It is because you are in fullscreen. I have seen this multiple times. You have to go into the scripts of blockland and disable fullscreen.

I don't even use fullscreen.
