internet speed is stuff

ive, had fairly good internet, able to stream youtube in 1080p, but suddenly today i could barely watch anything in 240p. could someone help?

I had the same problem yesterday.

I noticed it was my charger, yeah laptop. I unplugged it and it played, but then I noticed my laptop battery is stuff and it turned off.
