I cant join my friends server

So, I got my friend to get this game recently, and we tried hosting a server. We found out that his server worked the first day he got the game. The next day, I couldn't join his server at all, while others could join it.
It just kept telling me that it "Couldn't verify my Blockland ID" or that the connection timed out.
Any solutions?

Allow me to add, that when I joined his server, he didn't have any addons.
After he got some addons, I couldnt get on his server.

Obv. approach would be to tell him to run his server with default thigs only. If that doesn't work then it might be a glitch with the master server, try re entering your key.

I have tried re-entering my key.
But I will tell him to rehost with only default addons.

Noedit: I can join his server now. Were now trying to figure out which addon isnt allowing me to join him.
