So it's saying that I can't boot into offline mode, when I don't want to boot into offline mode, therefore preventing me to boot into online mode, so I can connect to steam?
It's been doing this for hours and I don't want to re-install.

No don't this permanently broke red faction guerrilla on my old computer, reinstalling steam and deleting all reg keys related to it did not help.
