Block ownership not saving properly?

I always save after i hosted a multi-player server. For some reason, even if I check "Save Ownership", all of the blocks placed are of my ownership.
This causes a lot of trouble for people who visited my servers in the past. I would like some help.

This game has a broken trust saving and loading system that needs to be fixed.

Sadly, nothing can be done. It also hinders my mini empire servers.
