I've been wondering for the longest time, how did shaders interfere with terrain?
Anyone have answers?

I think making any new updates or anything compatible with shaders was a pain.

It may or may not have ever been incompatible, what I have heard is that Interiors and Terrain just made anything extremely hard to optimize with.

As in, creating shaders and having optimization with Interiors and Terrain would be probably be 5 months of work.

A.K.A it would be a pain in the ass to do.

Performance issues I think, I run maxed and when ever their is a lot of stuff going on with the shadows, I have to turn to minimum. So, with all the terrain etc. the shaders would make the game need a super computer.
It would make people cry.
