Un - Hosted Server

I just looked in at the servers and I noticed my old name on a game. It was called "Czar's Alien Vs Predator" I hosted a server with the exact same name before, but it was private. I think someone took the name I used to have (Witch is Czar) It has the same average ping, it's not dedicated. So.. yeah. Please help.

Erm, maybe the list didn't refresh? This usually happens to me after I'm done hosting my server I stop it and look at the server list again and it's still there.
