Internet Problems

It has now become apparent that nothing other than my internet browsers can connect to the internet.
I tried to play Blockland and Guild Wars 2 just now and neither worked.

I found the problem. I downloaded a norton free trial a couple days ago, and it had all of those programs firewalled for some reason.
Locking. Thanks to those that tried to help.
