No he didn't.  His reasoning for not locking a topic that people were stuffting on him in was this,

"I won't lock it until you all become nicer to me."

...But the topic was turned into a forum way of abusing him.  That was its new purpose.  If he locked it, it would have been for his own good.  Everything that happened was quite literally his fault.  Entirely his own fault.

If he didn't want to be "bullied" by us he shouldn't have been a complete handicap and made us hate him.
That sounds too harsh. I have been bullied in past and know that pretty much all of the time people who are bullied did nothing to deserve it. I have experienced this first hand.

I still can't agree enough with these comments.

If you can't take the heat, get out of the internet!
But seriously if you're being bullied "everywhere", then I'd suggest changing locations if it's really that bad. And one of the easiest ways to not get bullied is to just not interact. So if bullies on the internet are really bothering you, just don't go on the internet. It's the simple act of avoidance
