That picture makes it look like the car is pretty much totaled.

Just because nothing broke immediately after crashing doesn't mean certain parts aren't going to be shot in the next few weeks.

Something else can easily cause complications.

Wouldn't the water pretty much ruin the whole interior, pretty much all the wiring, and generally forget the engine over?

A tow is only $250 at the most, you dont have like an emergency savings account for this? D:

I had literally no emergency savings, but the towing seemed to cost 300$ but the rest of the repairs will cost me about 800$

How did the cones make it out alive? They should have been the first thing to go.

The rushing water hit the speaker and pulled the positive power cord out instantly. I'm very lucky.

Engine runs a bit shotty, I think one of the cylinders is dead.

The interior.... i'll get a picture of that tomorrow morning. and the wiring may last a year or so depending on how well our 'car first aid' went.

Did you died?

yes

Also, seeing as it'd be a bit time consuming to reply to every post, i'd like to thank you all for your support.

It's kind of horrible seeing as i'm still a teenager and think that 'this will never happen to me'; and when it did.... well, I just wasn't sure what to do.

That must suck. How long have you been driving for?
