Author Topic: Why do I keep waking up in the middle of the night?  (Read 485 times)

I'm typing this from my phone so it's gonna be short, but every night, for the past two or three weeks I've been waking up at about 2 to 3 am, although I've been going to sleep at about 10 or 11 pm. I often fall back asleep quick enough, and I can't remember any reason for waking up, but it still has me worried.

Perhaps you stop breathing while you sleep.

Wouldnt I be short of breath when I woke up?
Besides why would that start suddenly.

Make sure you keep a study sleeping schedule. If it continues and you keep it steady, go to a doctor and explain the problem. Chances are he will prescribe you sleeping pills.

Its funny because my sleep schedule used to be forgeted up bad, Id come home from school, sleep from 4 to 5 or 6, then not fall asleep until 12 1 or even 2, every night. Its like my bodies saying I dont need anymore sleep, idk. Other than me being worried though it doesnt seen to be affecting me, Im not tired.

Make sure you don't have a cat on you or near you upon waking up

Probably just forgeted sleep cycles.
