Hey, i want to buy a key for my friend. But when i pay with paypal i won't get a message where i can enter up the E-Mail from my friend. On Paypal there is one Contactadress but it's the one from my Dad, will the key be send to my Dad's email? Is there any way how i can change it so the key goes over to my friend?

Forward the email containing the Blockland key to his email address.

Or you could write down the key on a piece of paper and give it to him.

Thanks, but he really wants full control of it... Not being reliable on me for when my e-mail changes or something. So that if he uses key recovery the key will be send to his E-mail.

After you purchase the key, there is an option to send it to another email address.

Couldn't you edit or make a new contact address with still having your address but just put his email instead, you could put it back to your dads after.
