My computer can't do stuff now. When I tried to run a program, it takes 5~ minutes to launch, and when I finally get it running, it goes on and off on responding. My internet is being slow (not really my computer but too bad I'm frustrated) and my browser goes kaput when i try to browse YouTube. I forced my browser to close then it refused to open up even though it said it was running. I had to force shut down my computer because it was too busy trying to close the non-existent program it said that I was running, and nothing changed after I turned it back on. Other programs work fine but don't respond for awhile if you click out of it or press a button that brings you out of the window. Earlier when I tried to play Blockland it froze, lagged and then ran again at random times, even out of a server. The fan won't slow and cool down and (again with the internet) it takes about 10 seconds to click a link or go back/forward a page. I want to run a scan but my computer can barley handle it, and with a short scan all it comes up is tracking cookies.
Basically I'm asking what's wrong with my computer.
