Only lock topics that say "Bring Back Terrain"/"Why was it removed?", because the answer can be found using the search button

People trying to enforce a new rule should be banned. Oh wait.. it loops nooo

I thought about it and realised that banning players will not stop them from orgininaly posting the thread. Locking...
