Most decent GPUs and CPUs are expensive.

You could probably get one that runs Minecraft and most new games at $200-250.

The list is full of doctors, scientists and other inspirational people.
Also, Notch managed to get 10 million users to play his game without spending a loving penny on advertising and he's a really nice guy, so I believe he deserves to be on that list.
